Full Stack Engineer (D2C) (AI)

What you will do

• Build scalable, AI-powered product experiences with engineers, product managers, designers, and cross-functional partners.
• Design, implement, and maintain performant backend services using Ruby on Rails.
• Build responsive frontend applications with React and, where applicable, React Native.
• Integrate LLM-powered features, intelligent automation, semantic search, copilots, and workflow agents into business processes.
• Architect service-oriented systems combining model APIs, orchestration layers, and evaluation loops.
• Improve code quality through refactoring, automated and system testing, deployment automation, code reviews, and production monitoring.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of production experience with Ruby on Rails and 2+ years of experience with React or React Native.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating AI-powered features into business workflows.
• Experience designing, deploying, operating, and maintaining service-oriented architectures.
• Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases, observability, and monitoring systems such as New Relic, CloudWatch, or Sentry.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI copilots, intelligent automation, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, or retrieval patterns.
• Exposure to Elasticsearch, Docker, containerized environments, or the Amazon AWS ecosystem.
• Experience with React Native or contributions to AI-related side projects and open-source initiatives.
• Experience working in a small, fast-moving team or startup.
