ISC Finance Leader, Residential (Manufacturing)

Location: Davidson, North Carolina, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday and flexible work location on Fridays. Travel required: 25–35%.

Annual base salary: $198,993.33–$268,730.00. Incentive eligible; no sales commission.

What you will do

• Lead financial management for Residential Integrated Supply Chain plants and distribution sites.
• Manage cost of goods sold, including materials, inventory, labor, operations, freight, warranty, and related reserves.
• Lead reporting, analysis, long-range planning, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting.
• Manage working capital, inventory accounting, capital deployment, and investment business cases.
• Support plant growth, optimization, productivity, inflation analysis, standards setting, and process improvement.
• Partner with operations teams, mentor finance professionals, and promote compliance, analytics adoption, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 15+ years of accounting or finance experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role such as Controller or Finance Director.
• Strong cost accounting and US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with internal controls, audits, forecasting, planning cycles, and capital investment analysis.
• Experience in a plant or manufacturing environment.
• Strong systems skills, including ERP systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau, along with effective communication and relationship-building skills.
