Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Fully remote, based in Poland

Salary: PLN 153,000–250,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus of 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple instances and related applications.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop solutions for Service Cloud and collaborate on Sales Cloud and Field Service Cloud initiatives.
• Deliver Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions supporting the organization’s transition toward an AI-enabled, agentic enterprise.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications and systems, including Oracle and related web services.
• Write technical designs, conduct code reviews, maintain security and change-management compliance, and support team members and end users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of advanced hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Sales and Service Cloud.
• Required Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and Platform App Builder certifications.
• Advanced experience with Apex, Lightning, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Java, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, object-oriented programming, integrations, ETL tools, and web services.
• Experience with application lifecycle management, Agile project management, system integration, and development across multiple systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
• Must be based in Poland; the role is offered under a local employment contract in Poland.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Sales, Service, or Community/Experience Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Experience with Copado, Einstein Analytics/Tableau, Azure DevOps, Oracle CPQ, Oracle ERP, Informatica, or Marketo.
• Knowledge of Git, SVN, CVS, or Bitbucket and Salesforce consulting experience.
