Site Operations Coordinator - Moses Lake

Location: Moses Lake, WA, USA; onsite

Salary: $85,000–$120,000 USD per year, plus year-end cash bonus and LTIP equity grant.

What you will do

• Audit the facilities management operator’s preventive maintenance completion, critical maintenance activities, and work-order quality in the CMMS.
• Own Keel-side CMMS data-quality acceptance to support central program audits.
• Coordinate routine tenant service requests through the operator and assemble tenant SLA reporting packages.
• Administer Keel-side access-control and badging approvals in coordination with the security systems program.
• Provide duty coverage under the site rotation with delegated emergency authorities and defined spending thresholds.
• Maintain site records for compliance, drills, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in critical facilities, data center operations support, service delivery coordination, or QA/QC roles.
• Fluency with CMMS platforms.
• Ability to audit maintenance records against OEM and procedural standards with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-service aptitude and clear written reporting skills for tenant-facing coordination.
• Readiness to develop toward future site leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Moses Lake, Washington, USA.
