Account Manager, Media Solutions

Location: Bloomington, Minnesota, United States; office-based

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 USD annually, plus a sales bonus target.

What you will do

• Expand LG's market share with medium to large accounts in an assigned territory.
• Create business plans covering revenue, unit, and product category targets.
• Support the design and execution of go-to-market strategies, including tracking and reporting.
• Monitor pipeline trends, take corrective action, and improve forecast accuracy with Product Management.
• Optimize channel and LG inventory levels and coordinate marketing investments for brand growth.
• Drive sales independently while partnering with internal support teams and managing administrative activities.

Requirements

• GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of sales experience, or equivalent, with a proven record of results.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, business acumen, and independent working skills.
• Thought leadership across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Home Entertainment category experience is advantageous; an MBA is desirable.
