Safety Manager - Borgata

Location: Atlantic City, New Jersey, United States; onsite at the Borgata property

Salary: $61,700–$82,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead the property's safety vision and implement regulatory and corporate safety compliance programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, track compliance, and ensure completion of required OSHA safety training.
• Review testing and maintenance of fire safety equipment, including fire extinguishers.
• Conduct property observations, job hazard assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with Corporate Security, regulatory agencies, OSHA, the Fire Department, Risk Management, and Workers' Compensation.
• Develop facility safety policies and procedures, communicate hazards to management, and apply Incident Command Structure during emergencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in fire safety, workplace safety, risk management, OSHA, or related regulations required.
• Knowledge of fire and safety codes and applicable state, county, and federal laws and regulations preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and NFPA regulations preferred.
• Must work onsite at the Atlantic City, New Jersey property.
