Senior Data Analyst

hirify.global is building a data analytics center of excellence to support strategic market insights and data-driven decisions across business units.

What you will do

• Develop and enhance predictive analytics products, visualizations, and workflows for complex business problems.
• Identify valuable internal and external data sources and enrich organizational data with third-party information.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytics solutions for internal and external users.
• Collaborate with department managers, IT, IT Security, data warehouse teams, vendors, and contractors on enterprise data needs.
• Communicate project issues and decisions transparently with stakeholders and business leaders.
• Mentor analysts and support training, awareness initiatives, and data-focused events across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data, statistics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in data modeling, analysis, and understanding business and data requirements.
• Experience with statistical or mathematical modeling and business process improvement.
• Experience using Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS, or comparable industry software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical matters to business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage senior customer relationships, gain support for ideas, make informed decisions, and execute organization-wide initiatives.

• Advanced degree in business, data, statistics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of emerging analytical trends, technologies, and methodologies.
