What you will do

• Support the design of insight solutions that use data to optimize digital communication strategies.
• Interpret business requests, clarify data requirements, and support project scoping.
• Assist with data modeling and data integrations for campaign platforms.
• Provide automated reporting and ad-hoc data analysis for business questions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Architects, Developers, Data Scientists, and Marketing Operations specialists.
• Promote data-driven decision-making in digital marketing and CRM.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience, or relevant education and internships, in data, BI, analytics, or reporting solutions.
• Foundational hands-on experience or coursework in SQL, databases, and reporting techniques.
• Basic experience building reports or dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Curiosity, adaptability, teamwork, and interest in developing client-facing communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with database and data model design for analytics.
• Exposure to Google Analytics or Google Insights.
