What you will do

• Develop automated reports, dashboards, and analyses to surface KPIs and performance trends.
• Build and manage data pipelines integrating structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Design automated workflows using SQL and Python to standardize data and ensure integrity.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Finance, and Propulsion teams to analyze production drivers.
• Support regulatory and financial reporting by compiling and validating underlying data.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements for data QC and distribution.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, green card holder, or protected individual) due to ITAR export control regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Working experience with Snowflake and modern BI platforms like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Experience with relational databases and complex data visualizations.

Nice to have

• Experience with ETL processes and workflow automation.
• Background in manufacturing, finance, or operational data domains.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes.
• Familiarity with physical manufacturing workflows.
• Experience mentoring or informally leading analysts.
