Senior Product Manager (Medical Claims Platform)

What you will do

• Support the Health Portfolio product roadmap and define platform enhancements.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from clients, stakeholders, market research, and regulatory changes.
• Create business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Manage product backlogs and collaborate with Engineering through planning, testing, releases, and post-release assessments.
• Monitor product performance and adoption metrics, escalating risks and dependencies affecting delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, Client Success, Sales, and Client Delivery teams to support adoption and roadmap communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, health plan operations, product management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Understanding of healthcare claims processing, reimbursement, eligibility, benefits administration, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience translating business needs into product specifications and working with Engineering in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience with APIs, automation, interoperability, or healthcare technology solutions.
