Product Manager

Location: Hybrid, based in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, or Toronto

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 in San Francisco, New York, and Seattle; CA$140,000–CA$175,000 in Toronto. Equity offered.

What you will do

• Understand user and customer workflows, data, constraints, and product-market gaps.
• Lead discovery and scoping with stakeholders from incomplete or ambiguous briefs.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps in collaboration with engineering and product stakeholders.
• Drive rapid iteration by launching products, learning from users, and adjusting direction.
• Write specifications, define success metrics, and manage delivery from kickoff through launch.
• Align go-to-market, Customer Support, and Operations stakeholders on product decisions.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of product management experience, or experience in an analytical, customer-facing, or data-facing role with a clear transition into product management.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and scope work from incomplete information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong prioritization judgment and the ability to distinguish user requests from underlying needs.
• Track record of owning and shipping product work end to end.
