Senior Product Manager, SOC Experience (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote US

Salary: $190,000–$220,000 base plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Set the vision and strategy for SOC tooling in partnership with product and SOC leadership.
• Own the roadmap for analyst UX, Rapid Response and Tactical Response tooling, product operations, and the SOC platform.
• Steward shared investigation and evidence models, including canvases, queues, and triage packages.
• Convert manual SOC processes into standardized, automation-first internal workflows.
• Translate analyst needs into requirements, epics, user stories, prototypes, and product specifications with design and engineering.
• Define operational metrics such as time-to-close, analyst throughput, and delivery repeatability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including responsibility for cybersecurity products.
• Direct experience working in a SOC and building SOC tools or products.
• Hands-on depth as a security analyst, incident responder, security engineer, software engineer, or equivalent.
• Experience building internal-facing tooling for professional operators and owning shared services or platform interfaces.
• Experience designing and delivering products using artificial intelligence tools and technologies such as Claude.
• Strong knowledge of analyst workflows, incident response, investigation lifecycles, UI/UX, operational metrics, communication, and agile development.

Nice to have

• Experience with MDR or SOAR products.
• Mid-market and MSP or MSSP experience.
