Insurance Senior Product Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote in the United States; Washington, non-Seattle. Remote applicants are not considered from Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, or West Virginia.

Salary: $112,500–$157,500 annually, plus potential long-term incentive awards.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of product initiatives, including countrywide and multi-state rollouts, from ideation through launch and post-launch review.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, launch readiness, and post-launch performance across concurrent initiatives.
• Partner with state product managers to identify opportunities, refine concepts, and adapt standardized materials to state-specific regulatory and market requirements.
• Develop standardized product documentation and business requirement frameworks, translating product concepts into requirements for technology teams.
• Define project performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve rollout planning, execution, and delivery speed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial, or a related field.
• 4+ years of property and casualty product management or product operations experience, including multi-state or countrywide product rollouts.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating standardized documentation frameworks, business requirements, and continuous process improvements for technology teams.
• Understanding of homeowners and dwelling fire insurance, underwriting processes, state-specific filings, and regulatory environments such as ISO.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, analytical or reporting tools, Jira, Asana, and AI tools such as Claude and Copilot.
