Director of Product Management (AI Security)

Location: US Remote; SF Bay Area preferred. Candidates must be located in the US.

Salary: $250,000–$275,000 per year, plus equity and bonus.

hirify.global builds data security products for the agentic enterprise, extending its lineage-based data protection platform across browsers, endpoints, SaaS, and AI model providers.

What you will do

• Own the Agentic Data Security product line end to end, including vision, strategy, roadmap, and P&L-level outcomes.
• Define controls for agent identity and attribution, prompt and context inspection, tool calls, MCP boundaries, and machine-speed enforcement.
• Translate hirify.global's data lineage capabilities into agentic security use cases across endpoint, browser, and cloud products.
• Lead the design partner program and take the product through beta and general availability within the target 6–9 month period.
• Partner with Engineering and Design on release cadence, product scope, packaging, pricing, positioning, and enablement.
• Represent the product in customer briefings, analyst conversations, partner discussions, and industry events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading security products.
• Experience taking new products from zero to meaningful revenue and shipping enterprise security products used by security teams.
• Domain expertise in data security, AI/LLM security, or endpoint and browser security.
• Understanding of detection quality, false-positive economics, policy authoring, enforcement decisions, and API design.
• Strong technical judgment and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, executives, security leaders, analysts, and sales teams.
• Must be located in the US; SF Bay Area preferred.
