Senior Analyst - Revenue Operations (SaaS)

Location: Chicago, Illinois; on-site at least 4 days per week

hirify.global is a high-growth SaaS organization developing and scaling revenue operations for its go-to-market engine.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success leaders and executive stakeholders to translate operational data into recommendations and actionable roadmaps.
• Own bookings, upsell, and renewal forecasting, including rebuilding models and delivering systematized recurring reports.
• Audit sales workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable future-state operational frameworks.
• Drive Salesforce Service Cloud improvements across data architecture, automated workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Optimize Deal Desk workflows, approval matrices, discount guidelines, and the quote-to-close process.
• Manage operational projects from scoping and stakeholder alignment through implementation, documentation, change management, and month-end reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, revenue operations, or sales operations.
• Experience analyzing business processes, mapping workflows, and delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior leaders.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets, Salesforce reports and dashboards, AI tools, and/or modern BI platforms.
• Practical experience or strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce administration, objects, fields, and automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; ability to work on-site at least 4 days per week in Chicago is required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications or experience with Salesforce redesigns.
• Prior experience in or exposure to SaaS or technology.
