Salary: $163,155–$354,965 per year, with potential annual bonus or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Brand Strategy team.
• Set the strategic vision for innovative advertising solutions aligned with business and client objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Editorial, Product, Pricing, Yield Management, and Finance.
• Develop commercial offerings across personal finance content, market coverage, earnings season, and live financial programming.
• Create client-facing pitches, presentations, workshops, and data-driven marketing narratives.
• Analyze marketplace trends and campaign performance to optimize ad products, go-to-market strategies, and client outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in sales strategy, brand strategy, account management, or related roles.
• At least 6 years of experience leading teams.
• Experience developing B2B and B2C strategies across enterprise technology, institutional investing, AI, personal finance, business travel, or luxury lifestyle.
• Expertise in financial services, including brokerages, asset and wealth management, credit cards, banking, crypto, and insurance, with awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, content marketing, monetization strategies, analytics, and client performance metrics.
• Strong executive presence and experience presenting C-level narratives and influencing senior stakeholders.
