AVP, Consumer Strategy (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $203,400–$279,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide growth and consumer strategy for D-SNP and C-SNP products.
• Own strategy across the member lifecycle, including acquisition, enrollment, product and benefit design, engagement, retention, customer experience, and service delivery.
• Partner with Product, Actuarial, Clinical, STARS, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Member Experience, and Customer Service teams to improve growth, quality, health outcomes, and member satisfaction.
• Use consumer insights, data, analytics, market intelligence, research, competitive assessment, benchmarking, and financial modeling to guide decisions.
• Set measurable objectives and key results, deliver executive-level analyses and presentations, and align senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Mentor direct reports and project teams while fostering excellence, agility, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, strategy development, business transformation, or related leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies that improve membership, engagement, customer experience, and business performance.
• Experience leading executive-level presentations and building alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust quickly with business leaders and cross-functional teams, plus experience mentoring and developing talent.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of leadership and management experience.
• Experience leading agile, cross-functional teams.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, consumer services, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience in consumer strategy, product strategy, growth strategy, customer experience, or business transformation.
• MBA, MPH, MHA, or another advanced degree.
