Group Product Manager (Healthcare Claims)

Location: Hybrid position based in San Francisco, CA; Lehi, UT; or Plano, TX, with two office days per week.

Salary: $172,500–$215,625 in San Francisco; $138,000–$172,500 in Lehi; $151,800–$189,750 in Plano, plus 200,000 stock options.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, supporting strategic thinking, delivery quality, and professional growth.
• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Core TPA Claims.
• Own the strategy for the proprietary claims processing engine, including adjudication, payment integrity, and healthcare ecosystem integrations.
• Partner with design, engineering, data science, analytics, sales, marketing, operations, and client success teams.
• Establish product practices, metrics, and operating mechanisms for consistent execution.
• Solve complex architectural and business problems while delivering compliant and scalable healthcare products.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with direct management, team leadership, or substantial mentoring of senior product managers.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end healthcare claims processing, including adjudication, repricing, routing, cost containment, and payments.
• Strong Healthcare EDI experience, especially X12 837 claims and 835 remittance transactions.
• Expert communication and analytical skills, including executive-level communication and complex data analysis.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as HIPAA and ERISA; bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
