Associate VP, Clinical Program and Product Strategy (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to company offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $184,800–$254,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide clinical strategies that improve health outcomes, member experience, quality, and cost of care.
• Own the full lifecycle of clinical programs and products, from concept and pilot design through launch, scaling, and continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives across digital health partnerships, Stars and HEDIS clinical interventions, care coordination, and high-cost specialties including oncology, cardiovascular care, musculoskeletal care, and kidney care.
• Shape the long-term strategy for integrated clinical products by translating member needs into differentiated experiences and measurable outcomes.
• Lead a team and coordinate clinicians, product managers, analytics specialists, engineers, designers, and business leaders around shared goals.
• Present strategic recommendations to enterprise forums and influence senior decision-makers on opportunities to improve health, experience, and financial performance.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• 10+ years of strategy and operations development and implementation experience in healthcare organizations.
• Clinical operations expertise and understanding of care delivery across payers and providers.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary product teams and building or scaling healthcare programs or products.
• Strong business, consulting, and financial acumen, including experience using analytics and data.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, improve processes, influence stakeholders, and achieve business outcomes.
