Senior Product Manager (Health Tech)

Location: Remote

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and drive the product roadmap for assigned features and modules.
• Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Lead discovery through user interviews and data analysis.
• Partner with design and engineering to deliver timely, high-quality releases.
• Define success metrics, evaluate product performance, and support go-to-market teams with training and materials.
• Mentor Product Managers and cross-functional peers while maintaining healthcare compliance and data privacy standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in health tech.
• Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle and working with agile product development.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to spend most of the workweek on phone calls.

Nice to have

• Experience with EHR or RCM workflows.
• Advanced degree or clinical background.
