Product Manager (Search & AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, or New York City

Salary: $94,000–$129,250 USD annually, with potential bonus and stock incentives.

What you will do

• Lead multiple autonomous pods focused on search and AI discovery problems.
• Define customer problems, prioritize work, write product specifications, remove blockers, and drive delivery decisions.
• Improve search through query understanding, relevance tuning, ranking, results presentation, and filtering.
• Advance AceAI by identifying valuable AI-assisted betting guidance and turning it into shippable features.
• Use research, data analysis, competitive reviews, and A/B experiments to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses.
• Define success criteria, measure post-launch outcomes, contribute to the Advanced Search roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, data, and operations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role; 4–5 years is typical for strong candidates.
• Experience building search, discovery, or AI-powered features for consumer-facing applications, including relevance tuning, query understanding, NLP integrations, or recommendation systems.
• Ability to scope, plan, and deliver multiple priority streams independently within a quarter.
• Strong experimentation, quantitative, data analysis, critical thinking, and commercial outcome measurement skills.
• Comfort working in an AI-native environment, using AI tools and directing AI-assisted workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, collaboration, and execution skills; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
