AI Product Senior Director

Location: New York City, hybrid

Salary: $230,000–$302,000 USD annually, with potential bonus and stock incentives.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and outcomes for AI product workstreams across growth, marketing, customer experience, product innovation, and enterprise acceleration.
• Build working prototypes with Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, and modern agent frameworks.
• Design and operate evaluation systems, including golden sets, offline evaluations, online experiments, drift detection, regression detection, and human-rater pipelines.
• Partner with business stakeholders, forward-deployed engineers, AI software engineers, AI platform teams, Trust & Safety, Responsible AI, and Legal.
• Define AI-native product management practices, tooling, documentation, and reusable patterns across the organization.
• Mentor and supervise AI product managers while raising the standard of product management across hirify.global.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years shipping AI or LLM-powered products in production.
• Hands-on experience building prototypes, agents, evaluation systems, MCP servers, or code contributions with modern AI development tools.
• Strong technical depth in coding, system design, evaluation workflows, and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Working knowledge of MCP, orchestration patterns, tool use, retrieval, context engineering, prompt evaluation, and runtime observability.
• Experience designing or operating ML or LLM evaluation systems at meaningful scale.
• Player-coach leadership experience and strong written communication across one-pagers, decision memos, RFCs, and postmortems.
