Salary: $94,000–$117,500 USD annually

What you will do
- Lead multiple autonomous pods focused on social customer problems within the sportsbook experience.
- Define product problems, priorities, specifications, success criteria, and quarterly outcomes.
- Work daily with engineers and designers to remove blockers and drive delivery decisions.
- Identify user opportunities through research, data analysis, and competitive review.
- Design A/B experiments, monitor post-launch outcomes, and optimize products for engagement, retention, and network effects.
- Collaborate with analytics, go-to-market, operations, and other functions on releases and roadmap development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role; 4–5 years is typical for strong candidates.
- Experience building social features in consumer-facing apps, such as social graphs, feeds, profiles, or community interactions.
- Ability to scope, plan, and deliver multiple priority initiatives independently within a quarter.
- Strong experimentation, quantitative analysis, critical-thinking, and product-practice skills.
- Comfort working in an AI-native environment and directing AI-assisted workflows alongside engineers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
