Inside Sales Representative (Environmental Testing)

Location: South Bend, Indiana, USA; remote work is possible, but candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: USD 65,000–75,000 annually

hirify.global provides analytical testing services across food, water, environmental, pharmaceutical, and other industries. Eurofins Environment Testing supports public and private clients with laboratory analysis of air, water, soil, sediment, tissue, waste, and related analytes.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client service and inside sales contact for laboratory services.
• Manage accounts through quoting, order intake, invoicing follow-up, and sales closure.
• Coordinate RFP submissions, bid preparation, customer onboarding, lead routing, and outside-sales support.
• Generate and qualify opportunities through phone and email, maintain CRM records, and track sales metrics.
• Coordinate client requests with laboratories, sales, sample management, field services, quality, accounting, billing, and logistics teams.
• Track laboratory production, scheduling, sample logistics, reports, deliverables, and resolution of client issues.

Requirements

• BS or BA in Chemistry, a science, Marketing, or a related field; four years of experience may substitute for a degree.
• At least 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to learn environmental testing services, industry terminology, company operations, and laboratory information systems.
