Technical Customer Support Professional (Tekla Structures)

Location: Dubai, UAE — in-office. Travel requirement: 25%.

What you will do

• Resolve complex technical and interoperability challenges in Tekla Structures for high-impact regional projects.
• Deliver technical training, onboarding programs, and specialized workshops.
• Advise customers on structural modeling, steel and concrete detailing, fabrication, and BIM collaboration.
• Support engineering and construction firms in adopting advanced BIM workflows.
• Partner with global development and product teams to convert customer feedback into software enhancements and preventative solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, construction, architecture, BIM, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience with Tekla Structures or comparable structural and BIM engineering software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Strong background in structural modeling, detailing, construction workflows, and technical problem-solving.
• Ability to work in the Dubai office and travel 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering technical training or consulting engagements in the Middle East.
• Familiarity with regional construction standards and practices.
• Multilingual capabilities, especially Arabic.
