What you will do

• Provide timely IT support and troubleshoot technology issues for hotel guests and departments, particularly in guest-facing areas.
• Maintain IT services and systems to support continuous availability.
• Manage systems, networks, hotel technology, and telecommunications best practices.
• Coordinate IT projects, oversee delivery, document progress, and manage vendors and users.
• Support cost-saving and revenue-generating initiatives, contingency planning, and regular testing.
• Supervise and support the IT Butlers while contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Opera, MICROS, Microsoft Office applications, Windows client operating systems, and Windows Server environments.
• Experience managing systems and networks, coordinating projects, and working with vendors and users at all levels.
• Good project management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Customer-focused, proactive, organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage a multicultural workforce and coach and mentor team members.
