IT Support Engineer

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day corporate IT support through Jira Service Management.
• Manage SaaS access, Apple devices, Jamf MDM, and hardware inventory.
• Own technical onboarding and offboarding for Dubai employees, including laptop procurement, configuration, and account provisioning.
• Maintain and troubleshoot office AV, video conferencing, local networks, and internet services.
• Coordinate with local hardware and software suppliers, including Etisalat, and maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and self-service guides.
• Use AI and automation to improve ticketing efficiency and employee productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a primary or standalone IT support role in a modern office environment.
• Experience working in regulated environments using frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI DSS, or with regulators such as CBUAE, DFSA, or VARA.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf, asset management, Jira, Okta, and Google Workspace.
• Experience managing Apple hardware and software, office networks, ISP relationships, AV systems, and conference room technology.
• Familiarity with IT procurement and regional hardware vendors in the UAE, plus strong supplier and vendor management skills.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is a bonus. Ability to work independently and manage time flexibly is expected.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Network+ or Jamf Pro 100/200 certification.
• Previous experience working with UAE ISPs such as Etisalat.
