Digital Channels Coordinator (Core Banking)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational support for ATM, CCDM, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking platforms.
• Monitor digital channel availability, incidents, and performance to maintain service continuity.
• Handle customer complaints and service requests and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams and vendors.
• Support ATM and CCDM monitoring, preventive maintenance, installations, relocations, and vendor follow-ups.
• Assist with cash monitoring, reconciliation support, and regulatory or Central Bank reporting.
• Support Core Banking and Digital Channel upgrades, including testing and post-implementation validation.

Requirements

• Understanding of banking operations, customer service processes, and support.
• Experience with operations, incident management, and vendor coordination.
• Coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Availability to join within two weeks, with a maximum joining timeframe of one month.
