VP Product

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States; office-based role

Salary: $151,970–$246,960 per year. Incentive opportunity: 27.5%–55%.

What you will do

• Lead the Product function across Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Set expectations for product ownership, coach team members, and improve consistency in product practices.
• Translate association and business-unit priorities into product direction, trade-off decisions, and value-based sequencing.
• Own intake, triage, prioritization, backlog placement, and cross-business-unit dependency visibility.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, UX, Marketing, Sales, and business stakeholders to improve delivery predictability.
• Build the team, manage resources, develop employees, and monitor the business plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in product strategy, portfolio prioritization, product management, product ownership, stakeholder alignment, delivery outcomes, and team development.
• Prior leadership experience in a complex business or technology environment.
• Ability to work with senior and executive leadership and facilitate prioritization and governance decisions.
• Ability to travel 15% during the day and 15% overnight.
