Vice President, Product Management (Real Estate)

Location: Remote

Annual base salary: $110,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Align product decisions, solution delivery, and release outcomes with organizational strategy.
• Define epic success criteria and translate strategic intent into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Represent the voice of the customer through user interviews, customer advocacy, and generative or evaluative research.
• Maintain a prioritized, actionable backlog and balance solution capacity with customer and business demand.
• Coordinate product releases, change management, release notes, and communication with clients and internal users.
• Monitor product metrics, manage risks and dependencies, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of industry or relevant experience, including 2+ years at AVP level or an equivalent role.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibility in product or service development and measuring delivered customer value.
• 7+ years of experience with solution design, full-stack development techniques, end-user usability, and UX design.
• Experience with data engineering, logical data models, big data, application infrastructure, system architecture, operating systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, organizational, Agile, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
