VP, Product Management - Core Lending (Fintech)

Location: Remote - US; candidates must reside in states where hirify.global or one of its subsidiaries has an established physical presence.

Salary: $187,200–$300,300 base salary annually, plus eligibility for up to 20% annual incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own the P&L, revenue and cost drivers, unit economics, and financial performance of core lending products.
• Define go-to-market, pricing, positioning, channel, launch, and competitive intelligence strategies for term loans and lines of credit.
• Set and maintain a rolling 12–18 month product vision and prioritized roadmap in partnership with Product Delivery.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and machine learning to decisioning, underwriting, personalized offers, and borrower communications.
• Ensure product initiatives address regulatory and compliance requirements, including borrower data, underwriting logic, and adverse action reasoning.
• Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of product managers while partnering with Risk, Finance, Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of product management experience in fintech, banking, or lending, including full product P&L ownership.
• Director- or VP-level experience leading multi-product portfolios.
• Deep knowledge of small-business or consumer lending economics, underwriting, pricing, approval rates, default rates, renewals, and LTV.
• Experience owning go-to-market strategy, pricing, channel strategy, launch planning, and competitive positioning for financial products.
• Experience in regulated financial services, including UDAAP, fair lending, adverse action notifications, and CFPB guidelines.
• Ability to present product strategies and financial business cases to executives and lead product managers across experience levels.
