Business Operation Systems Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Maintain end-to-end maps of transaction and data flows across interconnected enterprise platforms.
• Analyze, design, implement, and govern workflows supporting billing, pricing, tax administration, merchant configuration, customer entitlements, settlement, and financial reconciliation.
• Develop and monitor data controls to improve configuration accuracy and identify systemic risks before they affect customers or financial outcomes.
• Translate operational and contractual requirements into technical specifications and represent Operations in cross-functional solution design.
• Lead root cause analysis for complex operational errors and coordinate corrective action plans across Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Operations.
• Identify manual bottlenecks, prioritize automation and reconciliation enhancements, track KPIs, and lead adoption of improved processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Technology, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience leading system implementations, technical business analysis, or financial systems initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Strong ability to analyze complex system architectures, transactional data flows, integrations, and multi-source data.
• Experience with enterprise billing systems, complex pricing administration, tax compliance platforms, or financial reconciliation architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure, non-standard situations, perform multi-system root cause analysis, and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations and using analytical or diagnostic tools for pattern recognition.
