Summer Associate Internship (Experience Analyst)

Location: Hybrid, based at one of three U.S. locations: Vienna, Virginia; Pensacola, Florida; or Winchester, Virginia. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT.

Salary: $26.44–$46.88 per hour.

What you will do

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to simplify, accelerate, and improve them.
• Work with product, technology, operations, and other teams to understand business needs and challenges.
• Gather and document business requirements, conduct research, and use data to support recommendations.
• Map member and employee experiences and identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and digital services.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning, brainstorming, solution design, testing, and implementation of products or technology.
• Create dashboards, presentations, process maps, and a capstone presentation explaining findings, recommendations, and potential impact.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Interest in business, finance, information systems, technology, product development, data analytics, experience design, computer science, project management, or a related field.
• Curiosity, initiative, ownership, and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Ability to solve problems, work through complex information, communicate ideas clearly, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Availability for the 12-week internship from May 2027 through August 2027.

Nice to have

• Interest in financial technology, customer experience, Agile delivery, design thinking, process improvement, or product development.
• Interest in exploring how AI can improve business processes or employee experiences.
