What you will do

• Complete a six-month development program leading to a full-time Operations Analyst position.
• Rotate across trading desks and business areas to build knowledge of the firm's operations.
• Aggregate and analyze trading data to support better business decisions.
• Identify and correct trade breaks that could expose the firm to financial risk.
• Improve the efficiency of the trade lifecycle and operational processes.
• Participate in classroom training, daily responsibilities, and project work focused on process optimization.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, mathematics, computer science, or a related field, with availability to start full-time after graduation.
• Strong interest in mathematics, technology, and the financial industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with flexibility and a commitment to innovation.
• Advanced Excel knowledge is required; experience with Python, HTML, VBA, or SQL is preferred.

Hiring process

• The program begins in August 2027 and lasts six months.
