Business Analyst Intern (Fintech)

Location: Washington, DC, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Work on live priorities within Money and Growth alongside product, engineering, risk, or operations stakeholders.
• Analyze business performance metrics and economic drivers to identify growth opportunities and improve business outcomes.
• Solve complex problems involving product strategy, pricing, user segmentation, and risk-return trade-offs.
• Partner with engineering, product, risk, and finance teams on strategic initiatives and program effectiveness.
• Build analytical models, dashboards, and presentations to support decisions and influence business direction.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, data science, or a related quantitative field, with expected graduation in Spring or Summer 2028.
• Experience or coursework in business analysis, strategy, management consulting, financial services, or quantitative analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and quantitative modeling techniques.
• Ability to turn complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Fluency with AI tools and interest in keeping current with their development.
