GTM Recruiter

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; on-site

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Utah-based GTM, Sales, Customer Success, and other roles.
• Partner with leadership, founders, and the talent team on high-priority and impactful hires.
• Source candidates through referrals, outbound recruiting, creative approaches, and new sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate on quality of hire, hiring standards, and scalable team design.
• Provide market trends and recruiting data to hiring managers and leadership.
• Lead hiring initiatives and own recruiting processes end to end.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of recruiting experience with a strong record of successful hires.
• Experience sourcing GTM talent in early-stage or fast-growing startups, or in an agency environment, is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lehi, Utah.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and closing skills.
• Ability to identify candidates who thrive in ambiguity, ownership, and fast execution.
• Generalist recruiting skills and the ability to interpret market trends for hiring decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, or similar recruiting tools.
• Comfort using AI and agentic tools in recruiting workflows.
• Business sourcing experience.
• Familiarity with equity and compensation benchmarking tools.
