Inside Solar Energy Consultant (Residential Solar)

Location: Remote

Salary: Base $33,000 annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Educate prospective customers about residential solar and guide them through the purchase journey.
• Prepare and review solar proposals using advanced technologies.
• Deliver customer support throughout the sales and installation process.
• Coordinate with trusted contractors to support a seamless installation experience.
• Cross-sell hirify.global products to existing customers.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.

Requirements

• At least one year of residential solar sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong relationship management, interpersonal, listening, reading, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Experience working in a team-based environment and contributing to shared goals.
• Proficiency with MS Office, internet navigation, and CRM applications.
• High integrity, honesty, and ethical sales practices.
