Project Specialist Wealth (Fintech)

Location: In office at 400 Park Avenue, New York, New York, US 10022

Salary: $78,970–$126,140 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Update department procedures to reflect current workflows, regulatory standards, and best practices.
• Document, communicate, and implement process changes across teams.
• Coordinate internal audit requests, prepare documentation, liaise with auditors, and track corrective actions.
• Partner with directors and department managers on process improvement, risk reduction, and organizational change initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, task trackers, stakeholder updates, metrics, and progress reports.
• Conduct data reconciliations, document process flows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or automation initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and charts, as well as Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook.
• At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with procedure documentation, compliance, audit coordination, or cross-functional project management.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, planning, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to translate technical or regulatory requirements into actionable plans and work effectively in ambiguous or fast-paced environments.
