Implementation Manager – Embedded Finance

Location: London, with 3 days in the office

Salary: £85K–£120K annually, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex client integrations for payments and embedded finance products, from scoping through launch and early optimisation.
• Translate business requirements and solution designs into delivery plans, operating rhythms, timelines, and execution strategies.
• Manage risks, dependencies, communications, workstreams, testing, certification, pilots, and launches across internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate sales, solutions engineering, product, engineering, operations, legal, compliance, finance, and support teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Track delivery metrics such as time-to-go-live, plan adherence, and launch quality, and lead post-launch reviews to improve integration playbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product delivery management or project management for complex technology or financial services implementations.
• 5+ years of professional services or client-facing delivery experience in consulting, systems integration, or enterprise implementation.
• Experience with global payment products or technology-led business solutions, including translating product capabilities into practical partner integration plans.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects with C-level executives, technical teams, operations, and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, presentation, and decision-influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale partner integrations in fintech, payments, card schemes, payment gateways, global acquiring, or embedded finance.
• Familiarity with integration engineering, solution architecture, technical program management, APIs, and common web concepts.
• Project management or agile delivery certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts and balancing commercial priorities with delivery quality and scope.
• Experience working effectively in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
