Hardware Engineering Program Manager

Location: San Francisco office, onsite five days per week; travel to China may be required.

Base salary: $160,000–$230,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead hardware product development programs from concept through mass production.
• Align senior leaders on program objectives and develop execution strategies that balance schedule and risk.
• Guide project teams by coordinating priorities, ownership, and timing across disciplines.
• Communicate project risks, challenges, and results across engineering and business functions.
• Establish scalable product development processes and champion best practices.
• Drive the release of high-quality products and customer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in program management.
• Track record of successfully launching products.
• Strong communication skills across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Ability to work onsite in the San Francisco office five days per week.
• Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed.

• Master’s degree in engineering.
