Director of Employee Experience

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, or the United States

Salary: $145,000–$200,000 annually for most US locations; $165,000–$225,000 annually for premium US locations including San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle. Equity is offered.

What you will do

• Develop and lead the company-wide employee experience strategy across a global workforce.
• Build scalable employee-facing programs, feedback systems, standards, metrics, and reporting.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first months of employment.
• Shape office programming, community-building, physical workplace experience, and ways of working.
• Lead company-wide communications, all-hands, communication channels, and employee touch points.
• Partner with Business Operations and leadership to plan global offsites and company-wide gatherings.

Requirements

• Experience developing and executing employee experience strategies and programs.
• Experience designing scalable onboarding experiences across countries, time zones, and employee populations.
• Ability to establish metrics, analyze employee feedback, and use insights to improve programs.
• Ability to partner with executives, business leaders, People Business Partners, Recruiting, People Operations, IT, Facilities, Security, and local leaders.
• Experience leading company-wide communications, all-hands, events, or global gatherings.
