What you will do

• Lead frontend engineering projects for the B2B Educator Tool from conception through delivery.
• Define and promote best practices for code health, testing, accessibility, maintainability, and performance.
• Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code across the software development lifecycle and help the team adopt them effectively.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to turn ambiguous requirements into clear technical plans.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from customer support and mentor engineers through knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Production experience integrating AI coding agents such as Claude Code or similar tools.
• Experience across requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and frontend API integrations using GraphQL and/or REST.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility and WCAG, frontend performance optimization, and component testing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required. Strong ownership, analytical thinking, initiative, and mentoring experience are expected.
