Lounge Supervisor

What you will do

• Manage front-of-house lounge operations while coordinating with the kitchen to maintain service standards.
• Roster catering staff, including kitchen personnel, and manage time sheets and payroll administration.
• Order food, beverages, cleaning supplies, linen, and other operational materials.
• Lead, train, and performance-manage staff while supporting supervisors and the Lounge Manager.
• Investigate customer complaints and participate in food and beverage service for passengers.
• Complete daily audits, maintain stock control, and ensure food temperatures comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to lead, motivate, train, and delegate effectively within a diverse team.
• Strong guest service, communication, complaint-resolution, and conflict-management skills.
• Experience managing schedules, inventory, budgets, financial reporting, and operational priorities.
• Knowledge of menu offerings, beverage pairings, food safety regulations, and hospitality standards.
• Flexibility to respond to changing guest needs and operational demands.
