What you will do
- Lead the warehouse team and support achievement of operational goals.
- Organize products and warehouse processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Track inventory and maintain accurate product records.
- Educate and train other associates on products, processes, and safe working practices.
- Help customers identify product solutions and build strong working relationships.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort working around loud noises and in environments with varying temperatures.
- Ability to lead, train, organize, and collaborate effectively.
