Event Associate (Experiential Marketing)

Location: Hybrid work in Coppell, Texas, United States, with travel up to 30%; weekend and holiday work may be required.

What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of consumer experiences across multiple programs.
• Coordinate with clients, agency partners, third-party resources, and internal teams.
• Develop creative approaches for engaging consumers and deliver client presentations.
• Negotiate with partners and resources to manage value and project outcomes.
• Track client budgets, scope, schedules, project status, and action items.
• Support onsite event execution and meeting-planning activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of events experience.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and collaborate effectively.
• Confidence working with clients and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office and at-home environment in Coppell, Texas.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work weekends or holidays when necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience in experiential marketing, including planning and onsite execution.
• Negotiation and presentation experience.
