TL;DR

Partnership Marketing Coordinator (Warped Tour): Support execution of brand partnerships across festivals and live events with an accent on coordinating sponsorship activations and managing partner deliverables. Focus on client relations, performance analysis, on-site activations, and ensuring contractual obligations.

Location: Calabasas, CA, USA (onsite office, travel to events required). Must possess US work authorization without sponsorship.

Hiring Hourly Range: $22.00 - $26.00 USD

What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and manage sponsorship and brand partnership programs.
  • Coordinate deliverables with clients and internal teams, including website integrations, social planning, and branded content.
  • Interface with clients as key point of contact to maintain relationships and satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sponsorship performance with insights for optimization.
  • Support on-site event activations and content capture, providing real-time problem-solving.
  • Conduct research for new opportunities and provide admin support for budgets.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in sponsorship, event marketing, or brand partnerships, preferably music festivals.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking for creative activation ideas aligned with client objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Asana, Concur, and Airtable.
  • Willingness to travel, work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays, and tolerate loud noise/extreme conditions at events.
