Events & Experiences Manager (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid model with time in the Shoreditch office and work-from-home days. International travel is required when needed.

What you will do

• Own the global events calendar and strategy across industry conferences, research forums, executive summits, partner events, and talent activities.
• Develop event strategies and business cases with defined objectives, budgets, target audiences, success metrics, and expected outcomes.
• Lead external event programs, including sponsorships, speaker coordination, booth activations, customer meetings, hospitality, and post-event reporting.
• Produce executive dinners, customer roundtables, technical forums, talent mixers, research workshops, launch events, and other owned experiences end-to-end.
• Manage venues, suppliers, production, catering, registration, guest experience, logistics, and onsite execution.
• Measure event ROI and continuously improve planning processes, playbooks, and operational execution.

Requirements

• Approximately 5+ years of experience managing complex B2B events, executive programs, or strategic experiences.
• Proven experience delivering both large external conference programs and high-touch owned events.
• Exceptional project management, organisation, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect events with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working with senior executives, customers, researchers, external partners, agencies, venues, and vendors.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, solve operational problems quickly, and work effectively in ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with executive hospitality, customer dinners, or C-suite programs.
• Experience with international venues, production companies, event technology platforms, CRM integrations, or event reporting.
• Experience supporting product launches, research announcements, or technical conferences.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
