Vice President IT & Digital (AI)

Location: Primarily office-based at the Niwot, Colorado headquarters, with regular collaboration across global sites and required international travel.

Salary: $220,000–$270,000 base salary annually, depending on experience; bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the global IT and digital strategy in alignment with Spectris Group direction and KKR value-creation objectives.
• Lead the full-cycle group-wide Infor ERP implementation, including rollout across global sites and delivery of the post-go-live reporting backbone.
• Build scalable, reliable, and resilient IT infrastructure for manufacturing, R&D, and commercial locations.
• Set the enterprise data, analytics, business intelligence, AI, and governance strategy, identifying use cases for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, oversee external assessments and audits, and align IT controls with investor and group requirements.
• Lead M&A technology integration, vendor relationships, global IT teams, and a new AI Enablement capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of progressively responsible IT leadership experience.
• Proven leadership of a full-cycle enterprise ERP implementation from planning through go-live.
• Experience building or maturing cybersecurity programs, including external assessments and audits.
• Experience leading IT across multiple global sites in manufacturing, industrial, or instrumentation businesses.
• Experience managing high-performing IT teams and communicating complex technology topics to executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in a private-equity-owned or recently acquired business.
• Background in precision instrumentation, life sciences, semiconductor, or industrial technology.
• Experience with M&A or carve-out integration, parent-company IT functions, Infor, enterprise data strategy, or digital and AI strategy.
