Maintenance & Reliability Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and execute the site maintenance and reliability strategy to maximize asset performance and operational continuity.
• Lead Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Utilities, and Maintenance Planning teams.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs, including CMMS-based planning and work management.
• Reduce unplanned downtime through asset management, Root Cause Failure Analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety, Process Safety Management, Mechanical Integrity, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead plant shutdowns, turnarounds, major maintenance activities, budgets, capital expenditures, and asset lifecycle projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, and asset management within manufacturing or process industries.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance methodologies.
• Experience with CMMS, maintenance planning, work management, contractors, budgets, and capital projects.
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions.

Nice to have

• Experience in food ingredients, chemical processing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or similar continuous manufacturing environments.
• Certification or specialized training in Reliability Engineering, Asset Management, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM.
• Experience with digital maintenance, predictive analytics, automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
