Senior Project Manager (Electrical Construction)

Location: Hudson, Wisconsin, United States. The role operates between an industrial job site and a professional construction office environment and requires willingness and ability to travel.

Salary: $112,640–$163,840 per year.

What you will do

• Manage project financials, including billings, projections, cash flow, cost codes, WBS, schedules, reports, and billing documentation.
• Plan and coordinate projects through purchasing, engineering, subletting, and installation.
• Develop proposed change orders and communicate cost and schedule impacts to clients.
• Direct general foremen, foremen, and crews while ensuring compliance with contracts, union agreements, and company policies.
• Build relationships with internal teams, external clients, and project partners while addressing office and field concerns.
• Review project financial standing, identify risks, and work with senior leadership to improve project performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience as a project manager in the electrical industry.
• Knowledge of electrical materials, methods, tools, business management, strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Ability to understand contract documents and the scope of electrical work.
• Strong verbal and written communication, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to train assigned subordinates and travel as needed.
